The product Swiss Map Mobile 2009 Symbian S60 Edition integrates the Swiss national maps with your Symbian S60 mobile phone – from precise and detailed with the most accurate topographic map of swisstopo to the clear 1:1 million map.

Thanks to the integrated GPS receiver, Swiss Map Mobile on the Symbian S60 mobile phone provides the indication of the actual position (including Moving Map function) and the recording of waypoints and routes.
The sections include the software Swiss Map Mobile and the map data. Each section contains the Swiss national maps 1:500 000 and 1:1 million of the entire Switzerland as well as 1:25 000 and 1:100 000 for the surface covered by the section (division of the sectors as in Swiss Map 25).
Buying the application in the toposhop is very simple. After successful completion of the purchase, download the installation package, connect your mobile phone with the Windows computer (USB port and cable required) and start the installation. An assisted procedure will help you to install Swiss Map Mobile on your mobile phone or on the appropriate memory card.
Data transfer and costs
The maps of Swiss Map Mobile 2009 Symbian S60 Edition are stored on the internal memory or on a memory card which is plugged into the mobile phone, so they are available even if there is no mobile phone network. Thanks to this system, the data transfer via the mobile network is not required.
Swiss Map Mobile is available in the following languages: German, French, Italian and English.

System requirements :

Compatible mobile phone with GPS and Symbian S60, memory card or sufficient free internal memory (minimum 700 MB per section). You will find the compatibility list under "Frequently asked questions".
Windows-Computer with internet access, USB port and cable.

Swiss Map Mobile 2009 Symbian S60 Edition is provided as a download. After a successful purchase transaction, you will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink that allows downloading of the installation package(s) of the desired sector(s). Each installation package contains the Swiss Map Mobile software including all map data of the corresponding sector.

Please note that the software and the data are installed on the memory card or on the internal phone memory. Ensure that sufficient free memory space (600-730MB per section) is available, and that your mobile phone is listed as a supported device.

A memory card is not included in the delivery. The product(s) cannot be returned.
